Founded as Officine Nicola Galperti in Bellano, Italy, producing agricultural tools and railway components.

DIVERSIFICATION OF PRODUCTION
Moved to Dervio, Italy, and shifted focus to producing flanges to meet the demands of the chemical and petrochemical industries.
1994
GERA LARIO FACILITY AND GALPERTI ENGINEERING
Expanded to Gera Lario, Italy, doubling flange production capacity. Established Galperti Engineering and Flow Control SpA to produce valves for the oil and gas sector.
1995
EXPANSION TO THE UNITED STATES
Established Galperti Inc. in Houston, Texas, becoming a key manufacturer of flanges and forged products in the Americas.
2002
GALPERTI TECH FORGED PRODUCTS
Centralized the production of large diameter bearings and special forged products in Galperti Tech Forged Products.
2003
MIDDLE EAST FACILITY
Opened a facility in Jebel Ali, UAE, to meet stringent specifications and provide rapid customer service.
2010
CERCINO FORGING PLANT IN ITALY
Opened a second forging plant in Cercino, Italy, incorporating advanced automation technologies.
2012
FACILITY IN MALAYSIA
Built a 26,500 square meters manufacturing facility in Malaysia with forging, heat treatment, and machining departments.
2014
EXPANSION TO BRAZIL
Acquired 50,000 square meters of land in Brazil and constructed a new production plant, expanding the presence in South America.
2023
SAUDI ARABIA
Acquired and expanded Precision Forgings Saudi Arabia, strenghtening the presence in the Middle East.
2024
GLOBAL PRODUCTION EXPANSION
Expanded the global production footprint with new forging systems across facilities in Italy and Saudi Arabia.
